As well as being a critical sensation and musical triumph, Flying Lotus‘ latest beats masterpiece, ‘Cosmogramma’, also features some of the most unique sleeve and booklet artwork of the year – courtesy of painter/”visual philosopher”, Leigh McCloskey.

To delve deeper into the stunning design that adorns the album, Flying Lotus and Theo Jeminson have put together a short documentary entitled, “Inside the Codex: the Art of Cosmogramma”.

In the film, McCloskey details what ‘Cosmogramma’ means to him, and how its music inspired his impulsive, free-spirited creative process.
