Stream: Hear Bon Iver live in concert

Bon IverThanks to US public radio syndicator NPR, Bon Iver‘s recent live concert at Washington, D.C.’s 9:30 Club is now available to stream or download.

Recorded earlier this month, the concert was the second of two sold-out shows at the popular D.C. venue. Justin Veron and the nine-piece band performed material from the new album, ‘Bon Iver’, plus several songs from 2008′s ‘For Emma, Forever Ago’ and the title track from 2009′s ‘Blood Bank’ EP.

In what is becoming a Bon Iver tradition, the band also had a couple of surprise covers up their sleeve, in the form of Dark Was the Night’s “Brackett, WI” and Bjork’s “Who Is It.” NPR are calling the performance, “one of the most intense and transfixing performances we’ve ever recorded.”
