> On Hug A Speaker, the track opens with murky effects, bleeps, and clever drum programming, which features a cheeky scratch cut on the kick. But beware, the main monolithic bass line collapses into the track without warning, heavily lined with low frequencies and raw funk. A series of high pitched rap samples ensue, followed by droning synths, hazardous distortion, and a bouncy acid groove.
> On the flip, we find MERKA in a more reflective mood with, I\'ll Be Here. Merka adopts a retrospective approach, fusing together a melting pot of samples and references with real aplomb.
