started by HUGH MASEKELA and STEWART LEVINE, which had a number 1 hit in
the USA in 1968 with "Grazin In The Grass".
Maskela presents 'From The Vaults Of Chisa NYC'. As well as international
hits he has worked with PAUL SIMON and MIRIAM MAKEBA.
His 1987 hit "Bring Him Back Home" became an anthem for
NELSON MANDELA's 1992 world tour after being released from prison
Stewart Levine produced JAMIE CULLUM's 'Twentysosomething' and 'Catching
Tales' as well as having a wildly succesful partnership with SIMPLY RED,
he also worked with SLY & THE FAMILY STONE and MINNIE RIPERTON.
The album features LETTA MBULU and THE JAZZ CRUSADERS.
