THE DIRTY CRIMINALS are back with their second full-length album 'Collision Between Us And The Damned' on the INTERNATIONAL DEEJAY GIGOLO label. Once again the masterminds of the Chicago scene, DJ TRAXX (aka MELVIN OLIPHANT) and DEECOY (aka DARYL CURA) have teamed up to produce an impressive record of acid-electronic/synth rhythm tracks.
On this album they have been assisted by a whole host of crooked accomplices including GHOSTLY INTERNATIONAL's man of many names TADD MULLINIX (aka DABRYE/THE MANIACS/JAMES T COTTON), cult German band LIAISONS DANGEREUSES, MATT NEE (founder of Chicago based tech-house label KOMPUTE), DANNY WOLFERS (aka LEGOWELT, Bunker Records) and fellow GIGOLOS artist MOUNT SIMS.
Their mission is to re-introduce the old way of producing jack-style tracks in a nu-style concept using all live based programming and no sampling.
