With eight years and a catalogue of impassioned music behind them, ELEFANT TRAKS, and label owners THE HERD celebrate with their first remix compilation, 'Trampled'.
Original songs by some of Australia's most inventive & inspired artists. Sometimes you gotta get 'Trampled' on to get reinvigorated, and there are some stunningly unexpected results here.
In keeping with a promise to hardcore fans who'd bought the first version of THE HERD'S album 'The Sun Never Sets' only to see it re-released with the cover of "I Was Only 19" featuring JOHN SCHUMANN, the infamous cover is also included on this release.
Released on CD, there will also be an exclusive limited edition 12" vinyl featuring 4 exclusive songs, including the newest Elefant Traks artist ASTRONOMY CLASS, F & D (MNEMONIC ASCENT), FAME and PASOBIONIC, which will be coming very soon.
The Herd will celebrate this release by trampling across the country in August and September in their final tour of 2006!
