Taking it's name from a pun on METRO AREA (Kerrier is the Cornwall area Vibert is from) 'Kerrier District 2' is similarly inspired by late '70s and early '80s funk, disco and early house music but throws in the odd breakbeat without tainting the stew.

It may be on APHEX TWIN's REPHLEX label, but this is infectious and melodic dance music! This album proves yet again that LUKE VIBERT is one of the best and versatile producers in all of electronic and dance music.
