Melancolie/schubert - Live
Morr Music
CLASSICAL
At the Neue Nationalgalerie in Berlin, a series of concerts were curated by the magazine DE:BUG, where the vienna-based sound-bricoleur BERNHARD FLEISCHMANN composed a song only for that special night.
'Melancholie', a track that goes for 49 minutes and 15 seconds, kicked off by a bandoneon (an instrument similar to an accordion) later followed by a cello and an oscillating synthesizers.
On the second CD Bernhard Fleischmann has taken piano miniatures of the Austrian composer FRANZ SCHUBERT as inspiration and turned them into a track, 'Sendestraße' that is about 50 minutes long.
Kunstradio, the art channel of the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation, recorded this composition at an outdoor concert outside of vienna last summer..
