THE KISSAWAY TRAIL are a five piece band from Denmark. They recently signed with BELLA UNION the UK home of other ETCH N SKETCH artists MIDLAKE and FIONN REGAN and are tipped by DROWNED IN SOUND and NME to be one of the highlights of the current European music scene & have also scored a Top 10 SxSW bands of 2007 rating by NME.
The cover art (+ posters) features original artwork by TRACY MAURICE who was also responsible for the artwork on THE ARCADE FIRE’s debut album, ‘Funeral’
The Kissaway Trail is Indie-Rock loaded with catchy melodies, loads of strings, banjos and mandolins, which altogether create a truly large soundscape, with two lead singers and two songwriters adding even more colour to their already diverse sound. è The local version comes with an exclusive 5 trk bonus disc featuring 3 additional tracks.
