GROOVERIDER is a true veteran of dance music. He started DJing in 1986 – and has been at the forefront of dance music from the early days of acid house – and has appeared at virtually every key hardcore, jungle, and drum & bass event since the dawning of the genre. Grooverider also hosts BBC Radio 1’s flagship D&B show and is widely accepted to be ‘the godfather’ of Drum & Bass. This is why he has been specially chosen to provide a very rare and exclusive ‘old skool’ mix to commemorate 10 years of Drum & Bass Arena.
