MERCY ARMS have been picked to play in Australia to support the likes of THE STROKES, CUT COPY, THE PIXIES, THE HORRORS & the V—FESTIVAL with likes of JARVIS COCKER, RAPTURE, PHOENIX, PIXIES and more WITH NO PRIOR RELEASE!
The boys have been working in the studio with producers like DAVE SITEK from TV ON THE RADIO and NICK LITTLEMORE from TEENAGER and PNAU.
They all average about 21 years of age, and have been playing together as Mercy Arms for 2 years.
With much hype overseas, the guys will be relocating to London in September to unleash their wares in international waters!
‘Uptown Address’ was personally chosen by RICHARD KINGSMILL to be added straight to Triple J. Expect killer, machine tight and power-packed riffs from this great 5 track EP!!
Mercy Arms will be embarking on a national headline tour @ the end of August with Sydney friends GHOSTWOOD.
2nd signing to the Levi’s Music initiative –who has already had success breaking New Zealand band Cut Off Your Hands.
