“All My Friends are Leaving Brisbane” is an Australian film to be released in Australia on 15th of November in association with Accent Film Entertainment and Greater Union. This release is the official soundtrack cd for the film with large number of tracks featuring heavily through-out the movie. Publicity for the movie and cd (from P4 group in Brisbane) will be generating press coverage, radio play and interviews, online promo through mysapce and street marketing. The soundtrack will be promoted as part of the film promotion package.
Star of the film, Charlotte Gregg (a regular voice artist on Nova in Sydney) will be doing press interviews and promotions for a week up to the film’s release.
“All My Friends are Leaving Brisbane” myspace has 4000 friends and climbing by an average of 100 friends daily. The release of the film and soundtrack will be accompanied by some special extras on the page including radio interviews/ clips etc.
There will be new clips for Tara Simmons “Everybody Loves You”, Vegas Kings “Ain’t Getting No Sleep”, Fi Claus “Please Please”, Jane vs World’s “B Grade Lisa Loeb” and Dave McCormack’s cover version of “Streets of Your Town”
The release of “All My Friends are Leaving Brisbane” will be accompanied by local postering, fliers and postcards. Posters and postcards will be available to retailers.
