September will see the release of the first album since 2002 from dub/dance pioneers ZION TRAIN. Entitled ‘Live As One’, this album will be the 9th long player from the UK dub collective since their 1992 debut ‘A Passage To Indica’.
They were a vital link between the roots / dub scene and the likes of JAH SHAKA to the DIY free party / rave scene which saw them work with and get remixed by THE SHAMEN, AFROCELT SOUNDSYSTEM, LEFTFIELD and LOOP GURU.
This album features seven vocalists in various styles; seasoned performers EARL 16, TIPPA IRIE, and DUBDADDA rub shoulders with international stars RAIZ (Italy), and MARELENE JOHNSON (Germany), as well as newcomers YT & LUA.
