‘Swing Down’ is the first release from jalapeno funk supremos Soopasoul. Danny Hibrid the man behind the project is on a mission to bring the funk back to the masses. ‘Swing Down’ is voiced by Mississippi sister Nikeya Booker. ‘Twin Stix’ is a percussion funk workout with the man himself banging everything he can lay his hands on to build the track to a floor burning funked up peak. ‘Lookin’ For Freddie’ drops the tempo for a melodic downbeat instrumental workout that oozes blues and funk.
