The 16th September 2007 was the 30th anniversary of MARC BOLAN’s untimely death in a car accident - two weeks before what would have been his thirtieth birthday.
To commemorate this special anniversary, DEMON EDSEL is proud to issue this limited edition, numbered 3 CD Deluxe Book Set, featuring the definitive array of hits, album tracks, live versions, alternate takes, home demos, and advertising jingles, along with brief interview segments, all carefully sequenced.
Amongst the 92 tracks are 24 studio outtakes, 14 home demos, 18 radio jingles and interview and spoken word segments - all of which have been unavailable since 1996. The special 28 page full colour hardback book contains full annotations by MARK PAYTRESS (author of the definitive Marc Bolan biography), as well as many previously unpublished photos by BARRY PLUMMER.
