Sydney artist CATCALL is CATHERINE KELLEHER, once vocalist of no-wave punk three piece KIOSK. Her debut EP “Anniversary” was produced in Melbourne with CRUMBS (MAX KOHANE). She has been likened to M.I.A, THE BLOW, LE TIGRE, MACROMANTICS & SANTOGOLD and her approach to pop is as fresh and full of the same urgent bombast and dynamic energy.
She has already supported DEERHOOF, GOSSIP (self professed big fans), DAN DEACON, CRYSTAL CASTLES, BUCK 65, ARCHITECTURE IN HELSINKI & MACROMANTICS. Live dates are currently being lined up in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.
