Behind every good record label there is a solid and reliable team. These are the people who work their fingers to the bone to provide you with the quality of music and club nights that you’ve come to expect from SuperCharged and Against The Grain. Admittedly there are a lot of perks working in the music industry such as free records, free drinks, guest list and so on. But underneath this glamorous exterior there are many decidedly unglamorous tasks that need to be done in order to keep the business running. These include large amounts of admin, accounting and other things that you would expect an elderly man in glasses called Quentin to take care of, not uber cool DJ types like ourselves! But at the end of the day, you’ve got to do what you got to do and here are the people that make it happen.
