Inertia Recordings is also home to Australian singer and songwriter, Ben Lee. This year, Ben's new album 'Awake Is The New Sleep' became Inertia's first ARIA Top 10 album, and also its first Triple Platinum selling release.

It has been home to some of Inertia's biggest records in its 8 year history and was Inertia's first in-house label.

Since Ben Lee's 4 ARIA Award Winning / Triple Platinum triumph ‘Awake Is The New Sleep' the label has taken a more local focus recently releasing local Sydney favourites The Cops and their astonishing sophomore ‘Drop It In Their Laps'
