UK dubstep producer, Zomby, recruits Noah Lennox (aka. Panda Bear) for a track that’s dark and sparse like the unexplored corners of the cosmos. It feels alienating. And just downright alien.

Text Records have announced a two-track collaborative 12-inch featuring Radiohead’s Thom Yorke, dubstep enigma Burial and folktronica hero Four Tet.

Songs For Endless Cities!K7 have teamed up with affiliated label Cool In The Pool to release a series of mix tapes. The first, ‘Songs for Endless Cities’ mixed by the 24 year old Londoner Brackles, features the likes of Flying Lotus, Martin Kemp and Floating Points. Brackles has embraced dubstep and garage to give us music for the mind, body and soul.

When the dubstep virus was still a specimen under a microscope in a government lab somewhere, Kode9 was chief scientist. And when the contagion was unleashed unto the world, it was his pioneering Hyperbub imprint that released the gas on the subway. Rusko is the Batman of bass music. The guy is a superhero. Signed to Diplo’s Mad Decent imprint, he will use any sample, beat or gadget at his disposal, to shake the walls, rattle the floorboards, and get people dancin’. Human bass tornado Rusko (aka. Christopher Mercer) will unveil his long-awaited debut album, ‘O.M.G!’ this 9th July on Diplo’s Mad Decent imprint. Having recently worked on M.I.A’s new track “Space Oddesy” and appeared Major Lazer and La Roux’s “Lazerproof” Mixtape, Rusko presents done of the most anticipated dance releases of 2010.
